The Caribbean Customs Law Enforcement Council (CCLEC) with oversight for
SailClear (sailclear.com), an online travel notification platform for sailors, will introduce a
$25 annual subscription fee starting May 1, 2024.
The annual subscription fee, which works out to as little as seven cents a day for worry-
free sailing, provides unlimited applications, unlocking seamless customs clearance
across diverse ports, including:
Anguilla
Barbados
Belize
Bermuda
British Virgin Islands
Cayman Islands
Curaçao
Dominica
Dominican Republic
Grenada
Montserrat
Saint Lucia
Saint Kitts and Nevis
Saint Vincent and The Grenadines
Turks and Caicos Islands
This move aims to ensure sustainable growth and enhance the platform’s services to
include an enhanced notification–submission experience and the expansion of
member countries to better serve its community of users.
Users can in the future, expect to see upgrades such as preclearance facilities for
approved users, continued updating of travel of location-specific travel requirements,
and online approval of amended declarations.
