Antigua’s National Sailing Academy held the annual Dinghy Dash fundraiser in late March 2026, with $17,000 raised for a school sailing initiative and Sailability, the Academy’s adaptive sailing program. Five youth and three adult teams competed in a sailing, kayaking and swimming relay hotly contested and cheered by all who attended.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support of the sailors aboard super yachts Adela and Gitana, and to the kids who participated,” said Alison Sly Adams, National Sailing Academy manager. “We are also grateful for the prize sponsors and all who came out for an afternoon of sailing and community building. A good time was definitely had by all.”
Team Epic won the youth class, while team Gitana won the adult class.
